Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: July 23, 2026

This page explains how to delete data that Multitude Media, LLC, doing business as "Skryber", holds about you — including any data we received from connected platforms such as Facebook and Instagram (Meta).

1. Disconnect a social account

To remove a connected Facebook, Instagram, or other social account: open Skryber, go to the Calendar (or the editor's Share tab), find the connected channel, and choose Disconnect. Disconnecting deletes the access tokens and platform account details (account id, name, username, profile picture) we stored for that connection.

You can also revoke Skryber's access from the platform side at any time — for Meta: Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → Skryber → Remove. Revoking access invalidates our tokens immediately.

2. Delete your content

Videos, transcripts, clips, generated thumbnails, and generated music can be deleted from your dashboard and library at any time. Deleting a project removes its files from our storage.

3. Delete your entire account

To delete your Skryber account and all associated data — account details, uploaded and generated content, connected-account records, and any data received from connected platforms — email support@skryber.com from the email address on your account with the subject line "Delete my account".

We will confirm the request, delete your data within 30 days, and send you a confirmation when complete. Some minimal records (e.g. invoices) may be retained where the law requires it, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Data received from Meta

If you used Facebook or Instagram with Skryber and want the data we received from Meta deleted without deleting your whole Skryber account, either disconnect the account as described above (which deletes it), or email support@skryber.com with the subject line "Meta data deletion request" and we will delete all stored Meta platform data for your account within 30 days and confirm.
